Founder, Donovan Tawse, is a highly experienced security professional with 18 years of frontline experience across the Pilbara’s most demanding security environments.
His background spans gas plant operations, port security, and licensed venue crowd control, including work at major industrial sites and high-risk hospitality settings.
Known for his disciplined approach and strong on-ground leadership, Donovan has built his reputation on reliability, situational awareness, and maintaining control in dynamic, high-pressure environments. His experience is not theoretical—it is earned through years of consistent, real-world application in regional conditions where standards must be upheld without exception.

We’re seeking disciplined, high-calibre officers to redefine the standard of security across the Pilbara.
Security & Crowd Control
Applicants must hold a current WA Security Licence with relevant functions (crowd control and/or unarmed guarding), a valid First Aid certificate, and a current driver’s licence with reliable transport. Proven experience in licensed venues, events, or industrial sites is highly regarded. Officers must demonstrate strong situational awareness, clear communication, professionalism under pressure, and the ability to work unsupervised while upholding strict standards.
Static Security
Applicants must hold a current WA Security Licence with unarmed guarding functions, a valid First Aid certificate, and a current driver’s licence with reliable transport. Experience in site security, asset protection, or industrial environments is highly regarded. Officers must demonstrate strong attention to detail, vigilance, integrity, and the ability to work independently, manage access control, conduct patrols, and maintain accurate incident reporting.
